Les began his training carreer in Cunnamulla and progressed to Miles where he was the leading trainer for a number of years. Five years ago, Les came to Brisbane and has never looked back. Les is a master horseman, and in his day an accomplished Jockey in the country area. At Les Ross Racing, our aim is to be the leading training establishment in Brisbane, and with the growing stable and continuing success we are well on the way.
Les Ross Racing is a No. 1 Trainer based at Eagle Farm in Brisbane. We have facilities for 35 horses in work at our two stables, being Hamilton Ave and Pleystowe Crescent Hendra.
At Les Ross Racing, we pride ourselves on a very "hands on" approach to training. Les, as well as being able to oversee the daily programs of all his horses, is also able to ride work and attend to many of the tasks that are quite often outsourced at other Stables.

In the recently completed 2005/06 racing season, with 44 winners we finished 8th of the trainers in the Metropolitan area.
